Your data is safe. If you cancel your subscription your entire collection remains stored securely and is never deleted. You will be moved to the Free tier at the end of your billing period. You can still view all your items and export your full collection to CSV at any time. To add new items beyond the Free tier limit you would need to resubscribe.

Sign in with Apple only works on iOS. To use DCC on a computer, Android device, or another platform, add an email and password to your account from this app:

1. Go to Set-up → Account
2. Scroll to Sign-in Methods
3. Tap + Add Email & Password
4. Confirm with your Apple ID, choose a password

Then sign in at app.diecastcrewchief.com with that email and password.

Using Hide My Email? Look under "Your sign-in email" in Sign-in Methods. Your relay address (@privaterelay.appleid.com) is there with a Copy button. Use that relay address to sign in on other devices — not your real Apple ID email.

No. Deleting your account permanently removes all your collection data from our servers and cannot be recovered. If you think you may resubscribe in the future we strongly recommend exporting your collection to CSV before deleting your account. You can do this from Settings → Export to CSV.

From your spreadsheet app, export or save your file as a CSV file. In Diecast Crew Chief go to Settings and tap Import from CSV. Select your file and the app will add all items automatically. Make sure your spreadsheet columns match the Diecast Crew Chief export format — the easiest way to get the correct format is to do a test export first and use that file as your import template.

Go to Settings and tap Export to CSV. This downloads a file containing all your collection data including Driver, Team, Car Number, Year, Sponsor, Manufacturer, Model, Scale, Diecast Brand, Series, Production Year, Production Count, DIN Number, Purchase Date, Purchase Price, Estimated Value, Storage Location, Status, Condition, Autograph details, COA details, and Notes. Photos are not included in the CSV export. Pro subscribers can export photos separately using the Photo Export feature.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store — not through the app directly. To upgrade or cancel, open Settings on your device, tap your Apple ID at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Diecast Crew Chief and tap it to change or cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period.
